For the first time in our lives, my girlfriend and I have bought a house. Kriga Real Estate helped us excellently as a buyer's agent by always being honest and critical towards us. At Kriga Real Estate, they strive for the maximum for their clients; you absolutely do NOT get the feeling that they want to quickly collect their commission and just push any old house on you. This does not mean they are expensive, not at all. The rate of Kriga Real Estate is very competitive when looking at the price/quality ratio. Unfortunately, due to my divorce, I was forced to sell my home. The real estate agent from Kriga Real Estate proved to be very involved and did his best to sell my property. Among other things, he guided me well in preparing the house for sale and, through good communication with the bank, even saved the house from auction. I can only say that it has been excellent service and I recommend this real estate agency to everyone.
