Vanaf het moment dat ik acht minuten na het indienen van mijn gedetailleerde aanvraag een e-mailreactie ontving, wist ik dat dit een efficiënt, verantwoordelijk en menselijk bedrijf was! Ik was zo ontroerd toen ik het huis bezichtigde en merkte dat deze bezichtiging van twintig minuten speciaal voor mij was gereserveerd en dat elke vraag die ik tijdens dit exclusieve gesprek stelde, werd beantwoord. Great! Recently, I was able to move into a beautiful apartment in The Hague through Interhouse. What I really appreciate is the professionalism, quick communication, and clarity about their process. Everything from A to Z was clearly explained when entering into the rental agreement. Very friendly staff. Minor defects were documented and quickly resolved. What Interhouse does very well is that they offer a digital vault (AVG!) where you can upload your personal data instead of sending it to a landlord's email address and hoping your data doesn’t end up on the street. This approach from Interhouse gave me a reliable and professional impression of their services. After searching extensively for an apartment in The Hague and surrounding areas, I can say that Interhouse is an example and should be a standard for the many (disreputable) rental agents our country knows and which I have come into contact with.

We did not personally view the house before moving in, but this had no effect on the service; Interhouse made sure that the painting was refreshed and new floor covering was laid - and they even asked us about our preferences.
