I am not a client of this real estate agency, but I have closely witnessed how they treated someone in my immediate circle in an utterly scandalous manner. After receiving a housing offer and formally accepting it, he was completely ignored. No response to emails, no answer to phone calls or messages for days of radio silence. What makes the situation even more serious: when I called, they picked up immediately. As if they consciously select who they want to speak to or not. This was not a misunderstanding. This was intentional. And that is completely unacceptable. A real estate agent who treats people this way is not only disrespectful and unprofessional, but shows a worrying lack of integrity. This goes beyond bad service; it strikes at the heart of decent service provision. If this is the standard for what this office stands for, one should seriously question whether they belong in this profession. For me, it's clear: anyone who takes themselves and others seriously should stay far away from here.

This office is a prime example of how not to treat people as a real estate agent. After a commitment regarding a property and my formal confirmation of acceptance, I was ignored for weeks. Not a single substantive response. No confirmation. No rejection. No explanation. Just silence. Deliberate. Repeatedly. Systematically. I have tried dozens of times to make contact. By phone. By email. Via WhatsApp. No reaction whatsoever. Until I called together with someone else using a different number – then the call was answered. Selectively ignoring clients is not miscommunication, it's a conscious choice. A disrespectful, cowardly choice. What’s happening here isn’t an error. It’s a procedure. A pattern. People's lives are being played with, with houses, with security. And as soon as you need something, this office completely disappears. Invisible. Unreachable. Irresponsible. I have filed a complaint and will have this situation investigated legally. Not only for myself, but also to warn others about this company. If you value clarity, reliability, and professional contact: do not enter into an agreement with them.

Terrible service. They charged us way too much for everything. I moved and all the candidates I had sent to take over my contract were offered other apartments, which caused me to lose a lot of money. I had to let someone random take over my apartment because I also lost my job due to corona, which had a negative impact on my previous roommates. I absolutely advise everyone not to rent from this company. Especially Diego, the real estate agent. I received no support from him during my move, and as I said earlier, he even made it harder for me to know my financial situation and in this crisis time for everyone. This man exploits foreigners and students who have to move quickly. Processing for the answer: The last candidate I showed, who is currently still the tenant, was also offered other apartments but he accepted because he had committed to me. So it's not true that the other 5 candidates were all students without income. I had to send emails almost every day to get answers and close the contract quickly, and repeatedly call. The administration fees of 500 euros should be charged to the landlord, since you represent him and not the tenants. The only reason I didn't send a letter via my lawyer is because the invoice isn't in my name. You can comply with your contract as well as you want, but your work ethic is poor.
