Very poor customer service for a premium price. Last year we ruined our entire summer because we were dependent on their commitments regarding project delivery dates. Had to renegotiate all subsequent work, i.e. roof renovation, terrace construction, scaffolding, exterior and interior painting. Very bad communication. EDIT: I see that the Owner in his response blamed material suppliers, which is not true. I have emails stating that the woodworking specialist had just left their company. The project had to be postponed, with consequences for all other projects. I had to replan the entire renovation of the other parts of the building, plus painting the windows in the late autumn, during the rainy season, instead of in the summer. The window installation team left the house in a mess, everything covered in dust and dirt. When I asked about cleaning and preventative measures, as is normally done, the answer was: 'we are not a cleaning company but builders.'
