From the very first introductory meeting, I felt extremely well supported by the team. Andy and Mirella helped me step by step with the sale of my house, and they did so with a lot of expertise and enthusiasm. No question was too much, and I was kept informed at every step. Apparently they earn so easily here that they think they can afford anything. Despite a cash payment of 1500€, bad work delivered, difficult to reach and rather lie than admit their mistake and solve it. Be warned!

What an awful company this is. After having a viewing with Mirella, a bid was submitted the next day. After a week and a half of hearing nothing, I called, couldn't get through, and contacted the office 'we will leave a callback note for you'. A week later still not called back so I had to call again 'We will leave an urgent callback note for you'. A week later still not called, so I called again, 'We will leave a callback note'. Eventually, after 4 weeks, and hearing again that another callback note would be left, I managed to get in touch to simply hear 'I was on vacation' and 'I left a message on Move' (which wasn't the case either) to then hear that our bid had already been rejected 4 weeks ago (still shows as ongoing in Move) but it just hasn't been entered into the systems. Apparently, no one knows when someone is on vacation, and no one takes over files during absences. To then also hear that someone was on vacation for two weeks and we received nothing for four weeks comes across as incredibly unprofessional that we have ended up on a blacklist.

I bought a house last week where Mirella was the sales broker. The communication was very pleasant and I could always contact her with questions. Everything well arranged!

Difficult to reach, no response to emails. A valuation request was made two weeks ago and I have not been informed about the status to date. I would not recommend it.

I'm calling to schedule an appointment/viewing for a property in Leiden in order to be able to start the application. After 5 weeks and 2 phone calls, no response. Apparently, there is a distinction made as to who receives information and gets called, and who doesn’t. And sure enough, this morning the property is listed as sold. Bizarrely bad action from GAAFF!

We received the advice to first sell our house and then start looking for another home. In the meantime, we just had to arrange a few things. Didn't get a good feeling about it. As long as they rake in the commission.

In early December, we were able to acquire a beautiful home in the lovely city of The Hague! Responding quickly is polite and they keep to their appointments. Special thanks to Niko who showed me the apartment and who wanted to help in every way he could thank you for your help :)

Een jaar lang een woning verhuurt via deze organisatie. Bij het eerste contact wordt er veel beloofd en de indruk gewekt alle zorgen te ontnemen. Ondanks dat de verhuur contractueel goed is dichtgetimmerd, mag je alle zorgen lekker zelf op afstand oplossen. Kapotte materialen, borg, probleemoplossend contact, vragen van de verhuurder, Ze schuiven alles rustig terug op je eigen bordje.

Ze hebben me een appartement verkocht waar nog steeds lekkages zijn. Ze beweerden dat de lekkage destijds was verholpen, maar dat bleek niet het geval te zijn! Ik heb nu contact met een advocaat en vraag om juridische bijstand. Ze hadden me de waarheid moeten vertellen, namelijk dat de lekkage niet was verholpen, dan had ik het appartement niet gekocht. Maar nu wil de VVE (Vendor Veterinary Engineers) dat ik 1800 euro betaal (meer dan 600 euro per persoon), en ik vind echt dat ik dat bedrag niet moet betalen. Wees dus voorzichtig met deze makelaar, de informatie die ze geven kan misleidend zijn. Bovendien raad ik je aan om meer foto's te maken tijdens bezichtigingen of na de aankoop, zodat je meer zekerheid hebt.

Data entered multiple times for a viewing. Not once an email back or confirmation. Not even an email stating that I do not qualify or something similar. Communication is very important. Perhaps take some time to adjust the system. Received assistance from another real estate company.

Een appartement huren in Nederland is geen eenvoudige opgave. Rentastone was een fantastisch bedrijf en heeft mijn partner en mij geholpen een perfecte woning te vinden. De communicatie verliep soepel en helder, en ze deden echt hun best om ons verschillende opties te bieden. Na tientallen aanvragen en bezichtigingen in Den Haag, was Rentastone degene die onze droom werkelijkheid maakte. Ik raad Rentastone absoluut aan als je op zoek bent naar een woning in Nederland. One of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with. A pure swindle, don't rent here unless you want to sit without an answer for months while your washing machine leaks in the apartment below you. We also sat for weeks without a working toilet and after countless emails to this company we had to involve a lawyer. I would absolutely NOT recommend renting from them, these are just two examples of many bad experiences. If I could give a 0/5, I would do so.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Rent a Stone. Renting the apartment was quick, smooth, completely clear and very comfortable. You receive all the documents and information you need. If you have any questions, they are ready to help. Top professionals. Absolutely the best rental experience I've ever had and my warmest recommendations.

We had a terrible experience. They made us sign a general and good faith contract, but we discovered that the final rental agreement (which we received hours later) contained data contradicting what they had previously told us. They rent for CornerStone, a company with frankly bad reviews. DO NOT sign with this company, their only goal is to collect money and provide poor service.

One star is one too many. They rent out houses for Cornerstone, which has a rating that's too low to be able to rent anything out, so they set up this office (check the Cornerstone ratings first). They do everything to hide this. Moreover, they make you sign a pre-contract (which is probably illegal, but they have a legal team and you don't) and then they change the deal and force you to sign by literally threatening you with that contract. This has cost me a lot of money, but it would probably have cost me even more if I had continued. They're also very nice until you sign, and then they become incredibly rude and threatening. That's how I've never been spoken to by anyone before. In short: DO NOT get involved with them, unless you're really desperate.

The service from Rent a Stone was absolutely excellent. All documents were signed quickly and the apartment was delivered in very good condition. Some minor defects were also resolved very quickly, and the realtor was very friendly.

As everyone knows, it is very difficult to get housing these days. But thanks to “Rent a stone,” a large stress factor fell from my shoulders. Er was iemand anders die die woning ook heel graag wilde hebben, maar toen ik wegging, vroeg Rosanne: "Wacht even, vertel me wat je wilt en waar je naar op zoek bent." Een paar dagen later ontmoetten we haar voor een bezichtiging van een huis dat ons prachtige droomhuis bleek te zijn. Terrible realtor. Does not respond when an interested party asks for more photos. I strongly get the impression that this realtor is unwilling to help Dutch people (despite what appears on their website). Discrimination.

Highly communicative and with results. He has already sold several apartments in our area and always to our satisfaction. His approach, honesty towards sellers, attention, and the help offered in the decision-making process for both buyers and sellers is very special these days. We really did our homework regarding the value of our home, as there were more for sale that were identical to our apartment, yet he exceeded expectations.
