What should I say... Buying a house in Amsterdam at the price you like, but without a great real estate agent is impossible. Houses are like 'Lemons' in economic terms. Many things could go wrong. I have been working with Mokum since 2019. Under the leadership of Jochem, Mokum became stronger and stronger, but the quality of their service has surprisingly become better and better. I am happy with all the transactions that we have done together in the past and I plan to continue doing so.

Poor communication and a lack of solution-oriented approach. Our appointment was allegedly cancelled, but I never received an email about this at the usual email address where all contact took place, including the appointment confirmation. It was also claimed that an SMS had been sent, but it cannot be found anywhere. When I expressed my disappointment to Omid and tried to find out where things went wrong, I was told they didn't want to investigate this and that I was simply unlucky. No effort to find a solution. Very disappointing experience, absolutely not recommended!
