We had them do the tax return for us. Unfortunately, the communication did not go very smoothly. They told us that their time was being wasted and refused to talk to the bank/notary. I had to call the notary, the bank and the tax office countless times myself to get the communication going. Very frustrating. I have become an expert in Dutch tax return rules and procedures, which totally does not match the idea of hiring a professional to do this for us.

Expert and service-oriented real estate agent who was empathetic and flexible due to our situation / residence abroad. This was the first time I could hand everything over to a real estate agent and did not need to make any corrections.
