Toen de transactie echter niet doorging vanwege financieringsproblemen, werd ik desondanks verplicht een aanzienlijk extra bedrag te betalen dat niet duidelijk in de getekende overeenkomst was opgenomen. Later werd een uurtarief voorgesteld, hoewel dit nooit van tevoren was overeengekomen of vastgelegd. Ondanks dat ik mijn bezwaren heb uitgelegd en op de contractvoorwaarden heb gewezen, werd mij meegedeeld dat de betaling hoe dan ook vereist was. Uiteindelijk heb ik het bedrag betaald om verdere escalatie en stress te voorkomen. Ik raad toekomstige klanten aan de contractvoorwaarden zorgvuldig te bekijken en van tevoren te vragen wat er financieel gebeurt als een aankoop niet doorgaat. _______________________ Antwoord aan de eigenaar: Inderdaad, het contract is getekend op naam van mijn partner, Carla Mata. De kern van het probleem dat ik in mijn recensie heb aangekaart, blijft ongewijzigd. De overeenkomst was gebaseerd op een vaste, resultaatgerichte commissie.
