We hebben met Bob samengewerkt bij de aankoop van ons appartement in Amsterdam. Vanaf het eerste telefoongesprek met Bob voelden we ons op ons gemak en gerustgesteld: hij kent de markt, werkt hard en streeft naar eerlijke deals zonder al te veel poespas, wat voor ons erg belangrijk was. Hij was altijd bereikbaar voor onze vele vragen. Wat van nature een stressvol proces is, werd dankzij de samenwerking met Bob een stuk makkelijker. Kortom, ik beveel Bob van harte aan!

Het was een slechte keuze om Bob als aankoopmakelaar in te schakelen. Hij is totaal onbetrouwbaar. Eerst was hij 20 minuten te laat voor het eerste gesprek en vervolgens kwam hij helemaal niet opdagen voor de eerste bezichtiging. Uiteraard hadden we geen tijd om ter plekke een andere makelaar te regelen, dus hebben we twee woningen zonder makelaar bezichtigd. Uiteraard hebben we het contract met hem geannuleerd.
