Onprofessioneel, technisch gebrekkig en chronische vertragingen Ik heb een zeer slechte ervaring gehad met Derk Aukema (BNV Taxaties). Het hele proces werd geplaagd door chronische vertragingen en een schokkend gebrek aan aandacht voor reeds aangeleverde documentatie. Ondanks dat ik de energielabel- en WOZ-waarden al weken geleden had ontvangen, bleef Derk volhouden dat deze ontbraken, wat getuigt van een fundamenteel misverstand over de juridische status van het pand. Zijn waarderingsmethode is zeer twijfelachtig – hij negeert directe marktgegevens ten gunste van een 'worst-case'-model dat de waarde van het pand aanzienlijk onderschat. Het leek alsof er constant excuses werden verzonnen om een ​​hogere prijs voor 'gemengd gebruik' te rechtvaardigen, terwijl er geen professioneel of tijdig product werd geleverd. Als u een deadline heeft voor een financier, zoek dan elders. Dit was van begin tot eind een amateuristische aanpak.

This broker puts properties for rent whose descriptions are completely incorrect. Very bad if you do this. Funda apparently didn't check anything either.
