No pleasant business

I found this broker the least pleasant during a tour where things were also deliberately concealed.

What a great help we received! No question was too much, always quick answers and it didn't matter to whom you asked the question. I would recommend this to everyone in Hellevoetsluis to work with this real estate agent.

Contact with the real estate agent was very pleasant from the first introduction. Both Wendy and Merel are professional and meticulous, with a smile and a good sense of humor. During the introductory meeting, a good picture was painted of what the sale would look like approximately. After each viewing, Merel or Wendy contacted us to discuss how the viewing went. The communication remained very smooth and clear going forward as well. Overall, I am very satisfied with WM Makelaardij and would choose this team again without hesitation.

Zeer slecht! Komt arrogant en dominant over. Hij had niet de juiste sleutel van de juiste recreatiewoning bij zich en wilde ons een andere recreatiewoning tonen.( die er slecht uit zag) Hij hield vol dat wij dat zo besproken hadden, later zei hij dat een foutje kan gebeuren !

Everything you can and may expect from a good local real estate agent. It might not be the cheapest, but that doesn't matter if the house is sold for something above the asking price. We are happy with it!!

The real estate agent is helpful but can act very impulsively. More depth regarding the valuation would offer improvement, such as surrounding WOZ-values. Also more backup for the office could be appropriate, now having to step in oneself regarding the property inspection.

(The property has been for sale for over a year) I asked about a viewing and he again wanted to know if we were going to pay? I said something like committing unseen? I asked if it had already been appraised? If the appraisal value is correct and we like the property. So when can we view, whereupon he said, call in two weeks but to see if it's still for sale and literally slammed down the phone. Also his manner of speaking was dismissive from the start. Mr. is busy then we are not doing any viewings at the moment, so that’s clear, but this conversation made no sense whatsoever. Don't put your property up for sale here 😬
