It concerned a recreational property with the obligation of another year's rental. To our surprise, and also that of the real estate agent, the banks therefore only wanted to grant a low mortgage. Apparently, they cannot distinguish between a rented property and a holiday home that is rented out periodically. As a result, many potential buyers had to drop out, which naturally influenced the final price.

Called for a viewing and I was supposed to receive a callback. The real estate agent was anything but representative. Whether we wanted to pay the asking price without a viewing. To which I said the property is worth it, no problem. because the residents didn't want to give up a euro. (The property has been for sale for over a year) I asked about a viewing and he again wanted to know if we were going to pay? I said something like committing unseen? I asked if it had already been appraised? If the appraisal value is correct and we like the property. So when can we view, whereupon he said, call in two weeks but to see if it's still for sale and literally slammed down the phone. Also his manner of speaking was dismissive from the start. Mr. is busy then we are not doing any viewings at the moment, so that’s clear, but this conversation made no sense whatsoever. Don't put your property up for sale here 😬

We bought a vacation home in the Netherlands through real estate agent Eric Prins of LXRY Property. The service was perfect from the first contact until today's handover of the house. Mr. Prins speaks fluent German, which naturally made the process much easier for us. Every question was quickly answered, both by e-mail and by phone. This is exactly what I expect from a real estate agent.

Requested sales brochures via website. Received nothing. Finally managed to reach someone by phone after many attempts. Pleasant conversation. Busy, sales brochures are on their way. Another project was recommended, and I would also receive information about that. Now 10 days later, still received nothing. When you call, you constantly get the message that brokers are busy on the phone. I'm fed up with this, this is not a serious company. Update: Thursday, June 3, 2021. The owner has posted the response below. Thinks he’s serious. Nothing could be further from the truth; he claims to have spoken to me on the phone just now. That's not the case, so he's also a liar.

LXRY Property really doesn't let customers feel like royalty. Quite the opposite. Listing a house for sale and then cancelling the viewing at the last moment. 'Sold,' they said. I can’t call that proper conduct. 0 stars. Unfortunately, you always have to give one.

Ik kan niet anders zeggen, mijn mond viel open bij het eerste entree... Ik heb in de afgelopen 25 jaar geen mooiere locatie getroffen om te werken en te vergaderen en trainen. Gastvrouw Maya is het van het zeldzame soort; douze points! Prachtige ligging, geweldige faciliteiten, top service, mooi decor en in alles kwaliteit. Magnifiek!
