The realtor was open and honest. Direct and enthusiastic in communication. Knows how to get things done. Is realistic and gave us confidence. A healthy dose of humour, pleasant to deal with. In short, a fine party to have your house sold by!

We went to view a property that was being sold by OZP. The brochure stated that there was no visible damage to the kwaaitaal floor, and when we asked about it during the viewing, we were told that the real estate agent himself had been in the crawl space to confirm this. However, we didn't trust it, and an official inspection was carried out. It turned out that there was indeed damage, and the costs for repairing it were over 4500. Quite a significant amount not to mention. When later it also appeared that there was damage to the skylight, which was also not mentioned in the brochure, we decided not to make an offer. They haven't updated the brochure for the property yet. So if you are interested in a property from OZP, I would definitely be careful and have a good inspection done before making an offer! And as a seller of a house, I would choose a different real estate agent. This kind of thing really scares off potential buyers.

I made an offer on a house, but the realtor thinks that only viewers have the right to bid on the house. That others are not allowed to bid. If you make an offer, you get little response and suddenly you hear nothing more from the realtor.

Well helped by Robin. House sold quickly. Robin really listens to the wishes and has an open, professional attitude. Sometimes we would have expected a little more feedback and communication. Ultimately, everything went quite smoothly.

Our house sold in 10 days. Truly a top team that guided us (sellers) very well. We can definitely recommend OZP real estate agents. If we ever sell again, we will certainly go with OZP.

We, as starting buyers, received honest advice from the real estate agent. The house wasn't among their listings but they did give us other options and thought along with us. Without them being our purchasing broker. Unfortunately, we didn't find a house with them, but were pleasantly surprised.

2 years ago registered for a new-build home and received good assistance. However, after completion, we unfortunately had to sell the property. Initially, we had a conversation with Johan where he indicated that we would let them know if we wanted to sell via OZP. This was no longer applicable since I had found a sales broker with whom I already had positive experiences. Later, we were called back by Johan in a somewhat less professional manner (let's leave it at that) asking why we weren't selling the property through them. I was totally not charmed by this and even found it very customer-unfriendly!
