During one of our many viewings, we got to know Ard Maters and we immediately connected. Ard is a very kind, down-to-earth man who understands the business and isn't afraid to say if he thinks another property would be better suited. That’s why we asked Ard to sell our house in due time too, and that’s exactly what happened, even within 9 days! You could tell that Ard's experience played an important role here. Waltmann Makelaars is a pleasant organization to work with. They arrange everything down to the last detail and you always have a fixed contact person, in our case Marjan Visser for the paperwork and Ard for the sale. I would recommend everyone to choose Waltmann as a buying or selling agent. What’s also handy to know: Waltmann works together with De Hypotheekshop and share the same building. That works very pleasantly when applying for a new mortgage.

Viewings of houses that are accompanied by real estate agents is quite reasonable, but you shouldn't ask for more information. A bit rough. In the same office they also have a possibility to submit a mortgage application, but what aggressive sales we experienced here.
