It was very pleasant to work with the real estate agent, no 9 to 5 mentality, but also available in the evenings for discussions or appointments. Due to a sharp price and a good advertisement with professional photos, there was a lot of interest in the house. Also taking into account that we are a large family, we did not have to go out of the house three times a week for viewings, but all viewings were scheduled on one day, with enough time for the potential buyers to look around. Remco pretends to hope, makes big promises, but delivers little to nothing. The sale of my apartment went poorly and resulted in a loss of 27k. The purchase agency services he also does not deliver. Remco should have switched with the selling agent and given me as a buyer timely accurate bidding advice. Remco was not reachable at the moment it mattered. I therefore did not pay for his purchase services, he readily agreed to that, because he also realized that he did not deliver what he promised. The fact that the sale of my apartment went wrong, because he was unable to establish a binding sales agreement (financing), is something I will never forget. Legally attempted to hold him accountable for this. But then Remco throws it back on the fact that I received the sales agreement for review before it was passed on to the selling party. So it's my own fault? Where did I go wrong in my opinion? You take an 'expert' into your arms, who represents you, to prevent the above mentioned errors. Now Remco does it; because he offered the sales agreement for review in advance, and I agreed to that. Didn't I just hire an expert for that and paid for it? In short; if you want value for your money, and a real estate agent who actually represents his clients? Then I recommend you to look for someone else. There are enough alternatives in the vicinity of Tilburg! Think carefully, and choose another one, for yourself, your emotional state and naturally the end result. Remco will not admit his mistakes and hides behind his legal advisor. In the end he sends back the key to your home via post. Personal contact he avoids. This, in my opinion, already says enough. All in all, the advice is clear to me. Look for someone who does make an effort and does not act in his own interest! Never again Remco Olden Lommers Real Estate! More information and communication I will share freely with interested parties.

Last week I viewed a house with this realtor and was treated very unprofessionally. I'm not even spoken to politely on the phone and they just hang up. I pointed out that certain things weren't entirely clear and then called me 'stupid'. Totally incorrect realtor, doesn't even deserve this one star!

Bijzonder spijtig om onderstaande te moeten lezen. De situatie blijft dat u op een woning geboden heeft via “NVM Online bieden” en twee minuten voor einde biedingstijd een bod heeft uitgebracht via de uitwisseling van ‘MOVE’. Telefonisch gaf u mij aan dat dit gedaan is om te voorkomen dat een andere bieder hier weer overheen zou bieden. Iets wat uiteraard niet de bedoeling is; het proces via “NVM Online bieden” is juist zo sterk omdat het transparant is voor alle partijen. Verkoper heeft dan ook aansluitend besloten om de desbetreffende woning te gunnen aan de hoogste bieder op de NVM Online Bieden site. Dat u hier geen vrede mee heeft, is spijtig. Ik heb vervolgens geadviseerd om een aankoopmakelaar of andere professional in te schakelen om vergelijkbare teleurstellingen in de toekomst te voorkomen. Het antwoord wat hierop gegeven is, was de vraag of ik u(w dochter) dom vindt. Dat was het enige moment dat dit woord in ons telefoongesprek genoemd is. Dergelijke woorden gebruiken wij niet in de communicatie met klanten. Er is keurig verwezen naar de toelichting op de site waarin duidelijk omschreven staat hoe het biedingsproces werkt. Nogmaals; ik hoop dat jullie spoedig een passende woning vinden. In deze kunnen wij u helaas niet verder helpen.
