I had found a house of interest on Funda which the real estate agent was offering. Neatly filled out the contact form via their website and received no response. The next day, found a 06- number through that same website. Sent a WhatsApp message in the morning and received no response. Later that same day I called again and the call was rejected... you really wonder who your selling agent is 🤔

Jan fantastically guided the entire sales process. Clear communication about the sales strategy and progress of the viewings. He is clearly well informed about the local housing market and potential buyers (his prediction of the number of viewings and bids was exactly right). The guidance and service during the transfer and further settlement were also very pleasant. Particularly satisfied.

Contact: prima. 2 minpuntjes : Due to the broker’s enormous experience and what that means is very common for him, he unfortunately ‘forgot’ to inform us about the findings of viewers who had been there. Had to contact them regarding the result itself. A pity, because we were quite tense! Did expect feedback. Did apologize for this. Also: a 'sold' sign was placed in the garden without our knowledge. The house was for sale for months: how nice would it have been for us…

Honest sales broker, can quickly switch and respond quickly

Bad experience recently. They do not respond to messages via the contact form on their website. Furthermore, I was spoken to very unprofessionally on the phone (giggling about interest in a very popular house, which felt very belittling) and our offer was dismissed with what felt like a fabricated 'rule'. A strong impression that they obtain their money/commission through unfair means.

Broker is undiplomatic, blunt, poorly informed and has a double agenda!

Unfortunately, we have had several bad experiences with this office. Some time ago, when interested in a property, we were spoken to very unfriendly and unprofessionally by Mr. Pater over the phone. Later, when interested in other properties, there was no response whatsoever. In our opinion, a very unprofessional real estate agent.
