Shocking how these people handle a sale! Upon inspection, inquiries were made about floor joists etc. and it was told that they had been treated and in good condition. After accepting our offer, a 5 year old report was released stating that at JvGalenlaan the beams had brown rot and mold and needed to be repaired immediately. This also came up in a new report, apparently nothing has been done. Upon inquiry, the sale was immediately blown off and these fraudsters are now looking for a next victim. You have been warned!

Hele aardige mensen, vriendelijk in het contact. Voor mijn gevoel moest ik veel controleren, regelen en achteraan gaan, vandaar de mindere beoordeling.

Wij hebben een dag voordat de inschrijving sloot contact opgenomen met Teer. Zij hebben ons toen nog kunnen helpen met het doen van een reëel bod op de woning. Ook in het na proces zijn wij zeer professioneel en goed geholpen.

Heel fijn contact met zowel Lianne als Wouter en het hele team van Teer Makelaars. Ik kon laagdrempelig met al mijn vragen terecht en voelde mij gehoord. Ik kan iedereen Teer Makelaars aanraden. Wat ik ook een pre vond is dat zij werken met een styliste die vooraf nog even wat tips doorgeeft voordat de foto's worden gemaakt. Wouter, Lianne en het hele team, ontzettend bedankt voor alles! Ik wens jullie veel geluk voor de toekomst.

During our search for a house in Bergen, we thought we had bought a property where Q-Bus was the selling broker. The offer was accepted and confirmed via email. After a few days with no purchase agreement, we called the selling broker who casually mentioned that the sellers had found another buyer anyway. We inquired through various channels with the sellers, who told us that the broker had said we would never have heard back from them. Extremely bad experience, therefore. Apparently those extra euros of commission are more important than acting properly.

We were interested in a beautiful house with a thatched roof in Schoorl. I asked some critical questions and the answers were somewhat evasive. In any case, no clear answer. A name was mentioned of a thatcher but further investigation revealed that this thatcher had only drawn up a quote. We weren't even included [in the process] and couldn’t make an offer. Apparently I asked too many questions. I was also treated very unprofessionally on the phone.
