During the first meeting Anja was excellent. But every meeting after we had agreed to do business together, was chaotic, unprofessional and generally incoherent. She didn't listen to our wishes and did not answer our phone calls. She kept the shutters closed and only put up a 'for sale' sign very late. I would not recommend her.
