The communication was very poor, all houses were sold but in ours there was no interest. Little effort was put into it. And if a potentially interested person came along, appointments were scheduled without consultation and then changed without any notification at all. They took our house out of sale without consultation, and afterwards we had to pay for the media package. My house was subsequently sold elsewhere and now they continue to send invoices but they don't respond to emails again. You are being scammed by them.

Despite the craziness in the housing market, we still succeeded within a few months of purchasing a home in a desirable neighborhood in Eindhoven. That gave a good feeling and took some pressure off us: you don't check legal documents daily anyway. The total package in combination with mortgage advice is very interesting (also in terms of price) and we have made use of it. We recommend everyone to do this, because it is very clarifying to have 1 point of contact for all matters surrounding the purchase and mortgage.

I had a great experience with Broekx. As an expat, I actually had no idea what to expect from buying a snake abroad, but their service really made a difference. First, I had a meeting where various details were explained (including the most important decisions that needed to be made). We had a few more meetings to discuss more details after I had already found a house and which credit institutions were most affordable given my current wishes and limitations.
