Ik werd geïnformeerd dat ik als eerste in aanmerking kwam voor de kamer, onder voorbehoud van de definitieve beslissing van de huidige huurder. Mij werd aangeraden contact te houden, zodat ik de kans om te solliciteren niet zou missen. Ondanks dat ik wekenlang herhaaldelijk contact opnam, ontving ik slechts minimale updates en uiteindelijk werd ik via een bericht op de hoogte gesteld dat ik niet was geselecteerd. They are all nice and friendly, until something is wrong, then they suddenly start inventing all sorts of things, my silicone sealant would attract mice for example, and mice could come in through the hole of the AC, which however can't happen because the AC is directly behind it. All in all, they scammed us out of 80 euros. Still looking into legal steps. So think twice before you start renting via them

Violation of AVG/privacy legislation Firstly, DG Vesta does not comply with the AVG and privacy legislation. I have entered into an agreement with DG Vesta for the sale of my house. Private conversations (screenshots of Whatsapp conversations) that I had with DG Vesta have been shared with a third party. I don't need to explain to what extent privacy is violated in this case. Furthermore, DG Vesta does not hesitate to tell potential buyers how high bids from other potential buyers were. According to the guidelines of a real estate agent, this is prohibited. This is a cheap way to sell houses for (too) high prices and collect its commission from the selling party. DG Vesta also mistakenly sent me an assignment agreement belonging to another client. This is a data leak that should be reported to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (Dutch Data Protection Authority). This was not done. DG Vesta dismisses this by simply sending the correct documentation afterwards. A report has now been made of all the above facts to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. DG Vesta was asked to respond to the above. However, I received no response, so I am taking this route. All of this indicates how amateurishly DG Vesta operates. If you are looking for a real estate agent who handles your personal data in a reliable manner, I strongly advise you to continue searching, because I have already made that mistake. DG Vesta is also not an NVM real estate agent. I was also unable to find out whether they are even affiliated with a professional association. For the same money, you can find a reliable and classified and professionally affiliated real estate agent. In short, do not do business with DG Vesta. Not as a buying party – not as a selling party. At DG Vesta, self-interest comes first.

Very professional, very involved. Our house had been for sale with various real estate agents for years. DgG vesta said immediately: I will sell this and within a very short time she sold it.
