Overall a fantastic office, quick responses and very professional. I would definitely recommend them, they place a lot of value on their customers.
Unprofessional and very messy. The spare key was neatly handed over so that viewings could be conducted in my absence. Afterwards, at work, an irritated employee on the line because he would be standing in front of a closed door. Internal miscommunication can of course happen once. Apologies would have been nice. Then an appointment was made for the handover and key transfer. However, no one showed up, after having been told by phone that it looked fine and that I could close the door behind me. A few days later, to my surprise, various findings were sent via email, with the message that I should handle the deposit with the landlord. Afterwards there was no more response to my messages. The contract for the new tenant including the new rent price, personal and financial details she then accidentally sent to me again.
