Ik was afgelopen week 1-mei 2025 geinterreseerd in een woning te kopen in Baarn...heb makelaar huisportaal 2 x een mail /aanvraag bezichtiging gestuurd! Ik heb nu na 5 dagen nog steeds geen antwoord! Mijn conclusie slecht bovendien zou ik deze makelaar dan echt niet kiezen! Zeker niet als ik mijn eigen huis zou verkopen ook! Als aanvulling reactie v huis portaal,zij kunnen niks de huis eigenaar moet zelf reageren! Tja...rare mensen heb je dus!

I really can't believe that selling a house can be so easy, super fast and extremely cheaper. Easy to upload all data, photos and other documents to the Mijn HuisPortaal environment. The property appears very quickly on Funda and you automatically forward potential buyers. In addition, they assisted me in the negotiations and took care of the legal settlement of the purchase agreement. This formula saves you thousands of euros in (unnecessary) estate agent fees and the fun part you do yourself: the viewings!

I can sell my house in a pleasant transparent way with Huisportaal. They gave me a good value indication and helped me well with photos, text and advice. 4 stars because they were sometimes difficult to reach and I rewrote the text myself because it wasn't good.

What a great real estate agent! The house was sold quickly, partly thanks to the team at huisportaal. They create beautiful photos through a photographer they arrange, so your house really stands out. Always reachable by phone and you can go to them with all questions and they support you from start to moment of transfer. In short, pleasant to work with.

Pleasant experience! Used several times for both rental and sale. It’s nice to be able to do tours yourself and choose your own tenant. Daan is usually easy to reach. Everything needs to be checked regularly, but you have that with 'life' brokers too.

Actually, they list your property on Funda. Otherwise, no service regarding what they promise, such as negotiating and answering all questions. Sometimes they also get in the way because they don't want to list the correct number of m2 on Funda to cover themselves while they are wrong. Their agreement that they had compiled for me is also freely downloadable via the internet. Occasionally a bit rude and brazen. Extra services you buy from them, such as a sold sticker, are only delivered until you call them frequently. The real estate agent didn't negotiate for me and I did everything myself and sold the property myself. It was just expensive Funda placement and that’s it. But still much cheaper than a proper real estate agency.

I've already responded to a few houses that have been on Funda for more than a year, not received a single response once. I suspect this house remained listed on Funda after the sale.
