Edwin Kemers is expert, patient and decent. He gave those interested in the property a calm time to view the property and also later to submit an offer. I don't see this often in the current overheated housing market. He also has extensive knowledge of sustainability measures. And finally, he gives sensible financial advice and has sustainable banks in his portfolio.
Everything very bad, never accept! Sales text was made incorrectly, appointments not kept, poor communication.
I myself determined the asking price, I also wrote the sales text for the ad because it was so short and inaccurate. Furthermore, communication was difficult, I received very strange questions etc. Very bad experience, glad we don't have to deal with them anymore!
Had the house sold through our intermediary who does business with huisonline. The intermediary was fine, but a lot of control was needed on services provided by huisonline. Brochure, photographer, photos, floor plans, Funda advertisement with errors and so on. It's just that the housing market is incredibly overheated, otherwise I would have wondered if it would sell with this 'real estate agent'.

Our realtor from Huizonline was really great and very helpful, however the back office of Huizonline is pathetically bad. Whatever mistakes they could make, they did make! Because of the poor back office, I do not recommend Huizonline, which is a shame for our realtor.
