Very dissatisfied with their cooperation and services. Despite their high service price compared to their competitors, they have very bad experiences with honesty and transparency. They signed a contract with me in which nothing was stated about their tasks and responsibilities. During my search for a house, I was the one who had to look for a house and the funniest thing was that I had to send them a link, after waiting more than a week, and then contact them again via WhatsApp to possibly get feedback. Ultimately, I found a house myself, went there alone for the first time, took some pictures and sent them. Only afterwards did I receive feedback from my real estate agent who would find a house for me. To keep it short: ultimately they not only lowered their fee because they hadn't found the house for me, but despite my request, they tried to ignore my request for as long as possible. They usually do not respond to emails and only make commitments via telephone. Because I had a rental contract running in parallel, I hesitated between the two houses about buying a house. They assured me over the phone again that 'this was the last thing I should worry about and that the solution would be very simple'. But instead, they disappeared after I signed the purchase agreement, stating that they could not deal with the rental agency and that I was the only one who had to solve this problem. Not to mention the fact that they didn’t bother to arrange at least a desired date for the deed of sale. And all of this happened despite my various emails and requests that I had submitted some months earlier. So thanks to their negative advisory cooperation, I had more problems to resolve. 1- Paying them for the problems they caused me. 2- Paying two months for both the mortgage and the rental house, since the date of the deed of sale fell almost directly after the purchase decision, without taking my rental situation into account. 3- Having an unpleasant conversation with them to convince them that they are not entitled to full compensation. 4- Also, they sent me an email threatening me with all private data they knew about me, in order to force me to pay them the full amount. I hope this review is helpful for everyone who wants to cooperate with them.

Also during the renovation, I asked them for advice several times. Often the real estate agent made time to come by for advice that same day. This worked very pleasantly. The viewings were carried out by his colleague but he had a good excuse to delegate this, as he had suffered a heart attack and was on the operating table for a double bypass. His colleague supervised the viewings well and I also received sufficient feedback from him. In the first round there was no buyer, but in the 2nd round there was. Ultimately we were able to sell the house for a beautiful price. Very satisfied with the entire process and the real estate agent’s health is also fine.

Friend bought a house through this real estate agent. It turned out afterwards to be a house with hidden defects! The real estate agent and seller were aware of this. The real estate agent is no longer available now. Very bad service! Requesting which address it concerns seems inappropriate in terms of privacy. But you know that well, though.
