Your service leaves much to be desired... the deposit is not being refunded... Why didn't you explain your problem to me personally, instead of acting like a keyboard warrior? That’s what you ask of your customers.
My short stay in the accommodation was delightful, the landlord (Mirella) was very pleasant and understanding for every question. It is cleaned weekly and the house contains everything you need for your stay. Very satisfied with the professional and close service!!

I did not receive my deposit back after the contract for the short-stay apartment ended. She wrongfully withheld and charged many things. Although the apartment contract states that everything is included for gas, utilities, and internet, she charged me too much for gas after the contract ended without providing any proof. She also charged me waste disposal fees without any documentation, while I pay this to the municipality of Eindhoven. I am preparing to seek legal advice on how to deal with this. I don't understand why she is lying to me. And now I’m discovering that she is scamming people, as evidenced by the reviews here.
Don't go there. She hasn't refunded my deposit, even though everything is clearly stated in the contract. I am taking her to court at the end of this month, although it will take a year to find a solution there, but let her taste her own medicine. I advise everyone to do the same or contact me and I will connect you with my lawyer. I informed her more than 14 days in advance, as stated in the signed contract, and she is lying in her answer below. All documents are available, all documents. I can share the name of my lawyer and the plan with you, along with everyone who approaches me, along with her tricks. Shame on you for lying and refusing to return the money, even though I have been very kind to her. Documents and paperwork do not lie. Please change the name of your office to Pinocchio Realestate agent. I cannot confirm or deny it, but I feel that she is prejudiced (I don't want to use the R-word) against foreigners. It’s up to you to experience it. But this is how I felt: I was treated as if I didn't understand and as a second-class person in business.

MDG brokers have been professionally renting out my property for years, and she manages to find very good tenants for me every time!! Mirella does things in a professional manner. After experiencing very bad replacements with other rental brokers, I am luckily with Mirella and since Mirella has taken over the management everything runs as it should; I can only recommend her to everyone.
A very bad real estate agency, I have never dealt with someone as disrespectful as the landlord and the realtor themselves. By speaking with lawyers, I discovered that some articles in the contract were written, unfortunately legally incorrect, and that the amount I had to pay was higher than stated in the contract itself.
The realtor was very rude and unprofessional. She wanted to plan an open house at our apartment during the coronavirus pandemic and didn't communicate at all about how many people would attend and what the coronavirus measures would be. When we asked, she gave no answer but was very intense. She said, 'I am not going to wear a face mask and I am not going to ask my clients to do so either.' She was completely closed off to discussion and didn't want to talk to us but with our landlord. We refused her further services because she is so extremely rude and inattentive. Somehow, she doesn't understand that she is entering someone else’s home.
This brokerage is not registered as a recognized broker in a Dutch brokers' register!
