Students or parents of students do not bother to contact vb&t, we were told that they won't hire you, regardless of your salary. It would save us a lot of time if it was written in large letters on the website! A disgrace!

Whatever you do, don't rent here! Please read this if you are planning to. We have been living for 10 months in a building with a non-functioning fire alarm. No action is taken by VB&T and they maintain serious and even dangerous defects. We now live for 10 months in a new build property of VB&T and in the first month, there was a very loud alarm that went off in the parking lot. It stayed on all night. After this, it happened very often again, usually late at night or at night, making it impossible to sleep. You can only call a fault reporting number, where they repeatedly don't know what to do. As a result, the alarm was only switched off after 1-1.5 hours with a loud sound. The employees also repeatedly passed on our phone number to the technician, who would then call us to gain access to the panel. We did not have this. Moreover, we never gave permission for them to give out our number. In later reports, we indicated that they should not let the technician call us, because we could or knew nothing either. That always happened anyway. This is also a violation of GDPR. Besides repeatedly calling the fault reporting number, we also filed a complaint with VB&T itself and made telephone contact. They say they are working on it, but indicate that this is the responsibility of the VVE (Homeowners Association) and that they have informed them. Subsequently, responses to our complaint stop. Ultimately, we received via an email to the entire building that it was about the fire alarm that goes off constantly, even though it had previously been stated that this was not the case. Please realize: the fire alarm is not working properly. It goes off continuously without a fire. I can tell you that if there really is a fire here and the alarm goes off, no one will get out of bed. That's life-threatening! And VB&T has known about this for 10 months and continues to wait for the VVE who supposedly needs to do something about it. You, as a landlord, must take responsibility for this yourself, especially if the VVE doesn’t. This should have been resolved within a week! We are now 10 months(!!!) further and are tormented by the alarm approximately every other day. It is now being switched off faster: they gave a resident the code of the panel. Extremely unsafe to address the problem in this way. Moreover, there is still so much nuisance that the pleasure of living here is gone. VB&T passes on responsibility and leaves us living in a building with a non-functioning fire alarm. We pay over 1300 euros per month to live here and we are not even safe. Whatever you do, don't rent from VB&T. I don’t need a response from VB&T under this message that I can contact you. I already have. Just solve it. This is scandalous.

Within 12 days of registration to signing the rental agreement! Very good service and clear in the friendly communication, even before we received a home. Luck in the lottery and were able to schedule a viewing with the resident that same day. We were not drawn out with a group like with many other real estate agents. If we didn't want the property, then number 2 on the drawing would be next. Said yes the same day, sent data. Contract already the day after and within a few days the key transfer was already done. Upon delivery, the inspector indicated what still needed to be replaced. And other repair requests are handled very quickly and sometimes even new equipment is set up. Top company!

We had 3 brokers for the intake, but Linda (ERA & vb&t Helmond) stood out from the other brokers. The other brokers gave us the feeling they really wanted to sell the house quickly at a low price; they didn't really look critically at the house. Linda was very well prepared, all the reference houses she had researched actually matched our house. She made an estimate of the house and what it would yield, and we even doubted whether the amount was too high, but many bids were also close to this amount. Linda’s guidance is truly great; you feel like she has your back, and she puts so much effort into it that it seems like she's selling her own house. If necessary, contact is made in the evenings, and she even drives to the office in the evening to collect the latest bids. Even when setbacks occur, she does everything possible to get the house sold, and she succeeded in doing so. We really found it an exciting time to sell our beloved home, but thanks to Linda’s commitment and guidance, things went excellently.
