This is indeed a very bad experience. We had an appointment on Monday at 2:30 pm. We were on time for the viewing. We called the office at 2:35 pm and they said oh we will send someone over. The person who came had no key with them and set up a new appointment date in a very amateurish way to forget the appointment and then show up without a key.

We had an incredibly unpleasant experience with GERBEN VAN LEE. For a property we were interested in, I neatly tried to make contact via 1 letter, something that happens more often and is absolutely permitted. To my surprise, I was then called by Mr. van Lee, who let me know in a particularly rude and exaggerated way that this is supposedly a 'doo dszonde'. He spoke to me with a nasty message and thought I should 'learn a lesson' from this. This is definitely not the way to approach potential buyers. As if that wasn’t enough, he made us wait outside the door during the viewing. While we were standing outside, he waved from inside, sitting on the phone. Appointments are appointments, you would think? This was anything but a warm or professional welcome. I find it incredibly annoying to be addressed like this about something that is not prohibited and which I have often seen happen. It seems as if Mr. van Lee is mainly concerned with handing out lessons instead of being customer-friendly. We will definitely not be looking at their offer anymore, and I hope he learns something from this himself, because that’s not how you treat people. Very disappointing and anything but professional.

I recently sold my mother's apartment with the help of Frank van Uffelen and his team. The entire process from beginning to end went smoothly. After an initial meeting, everything proceeded as desired. We also received very valuable advice from Liliane Franken regarding cleaning and preparing the apartment for sale. Our wishes were always listened to carefully. Overall a great experience.

My ex-husband and I wanted to sell our house. We chose Uffelen real estate agency because what is described on their website appealed to us. The ladies in the office are all very friendly and skilled. However, the realtor; Gerben van der Lee, not at all! He promised the moon but the opposite became reality. Firstly, Gerben chose a much too low asking price for our house; he emphasized negatives and did not explicitly mention the positives: our house is namely a very large, beautifully finished, pre-war, detached mansion with a 32 meter deep backyard, in the city of Eindhoven. Secondly, there were several errors in the text on the brochure, which I ultimately rewrote myself. Thirdly, multiple photos were taken that did not correspond to reality, whereby moreover, several positives were not highlighted. I had to have the photographer come back again, in my precious time. Fourthly; Gerben van der Lee even initially filled in the data of our house incorrectly on Funda, causing many potential buyers not to see our house. Fifthly, Gerben van der Lee did not take any action and due to his negligence we certainly missed 50,000. Adriana van Roosmale

No good communication and transparency. Visited a property during the open house day, left details as an interested party and then no contact was made. Contacted them myself 48 hours later to hear that the property had already been sold while the owner knew nothing about it and did his best to sell the property. A strange situation.
