Aankoop voorwaarde geformuleerd zoals de verkoopde makelaar aangaf, achteraf is het huis voor 2k minder verkocht dan ons bod. Deze makelaar durfde het 'winnende bod' al niet te vertellen. Lijkt op vriendjes politiek binnen de makelaars wereld. Hopelijk lost het bied geregistreerd dit probleem in de toekomst op

Het hele proces liep volgens planning, en was voorspelbaar. De stappen werden vooraf duidelijk uitgelegd zodat we altijd wisten waar we aan toe waren.

Makkelijk contact, makelaar en personeel laagdrempelig en toegankelijk. Wellicht als aandachtspunt het dashboarde (move). Misschien wat onhandig voor oudere mensen die niet goed met een computer overweg kunnen.

Makelaar Kempen & Oberdorf ontzorgt! Dat is de conclusie die ik kan trekken nu het huis van mijn moeder definitief verkocht is. Alvorens het huis te koop aan te bieden heb ik een aantal makelaars geconsulteerd. Kempen & Oberdorf stak er met kop en schouders bovenuit, dus de keuze was snel gemaakt.
