Unfortunately, we bought a house with a Sinke, or Alpina, sign in the garden. It turned out that many things were not as described and told by Jeroen Hofstede. It's a shame they give people such an experience. You preferably buy a house as agreed. If you were to buy something from Alpina, I would advise taking a good purchasing broker with knowledge of rights within this industry.

The property was assigned to me after the closing date and time. I write '-was assigned-' because within an hour and a half I was called saying someone had placed a bid after the closing date and time, and that I was being checked. Very unprofessional. I have never experienced this before. I expressed my dissatisfaction and indicated that this is not acceptable, but only heard 'Yes, annoying.' I hope they will handle future buyers more carefully, because as a real estate agent you are not just there for the seller!
