28 Feb 2025Not informed by email about an appointment for a viewing, nor was a Move account created. We both heard this appointment over the phone and noted it correctly in our calendars! Subsequently, after almost an hour of driving, we were called to say that we had a viewing at a different time than agreed upon. When we arrive at the house, we are received very unfriendly by a lout of a realtor who casually asks if we want to wait another hour! While my husband has to go back to work immediately after the appointment. No way! Then we have to do a double viewing with another client, and absolutely no attention is given to us as customers. Tip: If you are a realtor making appointments with clients, then properly incorporate that into your administration and at least inform the customer by email about the correct time! And one more tip: don't take huge wide-angle photos of the rooms that completely distort the space, that’s very misleading! And be well informed as a realtor about what is in the questionnaire. This is not how you sell a house, it’s not good for either party in the sales process! We certainly won’t be returning to this realtor.

In the meantime, I have attracted the sale to myself and I already have 2 bids above my asking price. Poor assessment of this agency! But I am particularly unhappy with the communication because they simply don't reply to emails. And I had been in contact with them since June and they could only come by for a viewing at the end of August. In short, I would not recommend this real estate agent.

Date unknownWith great regret, I had my house appraised by Angela a few months ago. The received appraisal report displayed photos of another object, while she herself made the photos of our house. I have asked her twice by phone to correct this. Instead of an amended version, I received an invoice. How can you make such a big mistake? She is really unprofessional. She occasionally drifts off into dreamland 😴💭. Angela is only concerned with money and not quality.

Date unknownPeople beware! Do not go into business with Ms. Vastgoed! We had a very bad experience with Angela as an agent. She accepted the assignment to sell our new-build home. She set the asking price too high and after a week of no response, she lowered the asking price. From day one we were correcting her, think of unprofessional photos and incorrect texts on funda. She scheduled the viewings two weeks later, which resulted in people not showing up. During her vacation/free days she had no replacement and brought everything to a standstill. In the same complex, three apartments had already been sold within that period by another agent. After eight weeks we decided to withdraw the assignment; she sent us an invoice of €1500 as termination costs. This is something you don't experience anywhere in the Netherlands. She threatened us with immediate payment, otherwise she would remove the house from Funda. We had agreed on a brokerage fee of 1.5% for good and smooth service, while her price is 1%. At Ms. Vastgoed it’s not about quality and service, but only about money. In many cases she also charges the entire brokerage amount upon termination, this is pure fraud! We had eight weeks of stressful and wasted time with this agent. And it cost us a total of €2200 for nothing. People don't fall for it and do not do business with her.
