Thanks to Widia’s quick thinking she managed to swiftly obtain the necessary documents for the mortgage file – such as annual reports and documents of our current mortgage – from the relevant authorities. She also immediately arranged appraisers for both our current home in Hoofddorp and the purchased farm house in Mussel, so that appraisal reports could be delivered promptly. Probeert op goed geluk hypotheek af te sluiten, alles was geen probleem, taxateur was geweest en toen ging het hele feest niet door maar we waren wel de 800 euro van de taxateur kwijt. Nog iemand laten komen en die zei binnen een minuut dat het nooit ging lukken om het op 1 loon het beoogde bedrag te krijgen.

I bought a property through Pickée Makelaardij that was sold from an estate. Although I knew that this type of purchase brings extra risks, I at least expected the realtor to be willing to think along when there were direct defects upon handover, such as a leaking shower, which seriously hinders the normal use of the property. Unfortunately, Pickée was completely unwilling to do anything or even consider a reasonable solution, despite the defect becoming apparent immediately after handover. Everything was legally nitpicked, without any empathy or service. Especially disappointing because I bid significantly above the asking price. I understand that a realtor represents the seller, but this kind of hard stance towards the buyer (who is notably also a client in the process) says a lot about the mentality and customer orientation of this office. In short: are you a buyer with Pickée? Be warned. You're completely on your own.

'My experience with this realtor was absolutely disappointing. When we wanted to buy a property through them, we were excited by the photos and description. However, after the purchase, we discovered significant damage to the roof and foundation that had not been mentioned. It turned out that the realtor was aware of this but simply concealed it. When we contacted them, no responsibility was taken and we only received vague answers. It seemed as if they were only interested in closing the deal, without any concern for the buyer. This unprofessional attitude has cost me a lot of time, money and stress. I therefore strongly advise against using this realtor!!'

Just for information, I am the seller. Animo real estate agents sold our apartment! Pascal was one of the interested parties; after the viewing, things went very smoothly with this person. He wanted to buy but it didn't progress. Even shifted our vacation twice to handle everything, however Pascal kept postponing and wouldn’t sign. Then our apartment was sold to another interested party which all got arranged quickly. Conclusion, Marijn from Animo real estate agents did what he had to do, namely sell our apartment. Everything was well guided and handled by him, just what you expect from a real estate agent.

DRAMA Buyer and Seller AGREED this broker STOPPED the sale Here is the WINNER of the worst real estate agent in the Netherlands. 1st viewing Broker arrived late Broker couldn't answer many questions Broker makes statements that he shouldn't say, such as to the question when can the handover take place. He said 2 to 4 weeks. Ultimately it was 2 to 3 months. Broker doesn't answer questions. After a while, broker is very slow, we agreed on the price. Then again very slowly problems about the handover what his statement was and what it ultimately became. Ultimately with this finished we wanted another 2nd viewing. Is fine he said and then you will also sign immediately. We would like to read it through first before we sign. No that wasn't possible. Eventually, Mr. started THREATENING if it is not signed today I will cancel the sale. Threatening backfires on us. Contacted many brokers but this one really stands at number 1 of worst real estate agents. Nobody comes close. Again the proof CHEAP=EXPENSIVE IS again the proof that a broker is a freelance profession and no training or anything is required. Is also not affiliated with any organization. 1 is too much, but unfortunately the minimum PS Above I have all this in black and white for anyone who wants to see it
