However, out of a sense of security, we decided to put everything on 'pause' in consultation. Ingrid Ververs completely understood this. After more than a year, we decided to try again and gave Real Estate Agent Ingrid Ververs the assignment to sell our beloved house. We disregarded the craziness in the housing market. It was much more important to us that a buyer who fit into the neighborhood would be found. This was quickly achieved. From here, everything went very fast and Ingrid Ververs completed everything to our satisfaction. Well, here exactly the same experience, unfortunately. Nothing of your high customer satisfaction score to be noticed! When Ingrid arrived at the house (10 minutes late) the positive atmosphere that was there completely turned around. Never encountered such a distant cold person, we were looked at with a disapproving look as if Mrs. had never seen a person with a tattoo before. In 5 minutes quickly through the house, no explanation anywhere. Then we got the form pushed under our noses which we could fill in if interested, Mrs. asked about our incomes... I was really stunned. Prior to the viewing, email contact was had with Ingrid about the house, she could respond to my emails within the hour 3 times but when I asked what the rental requirements were, she never responded to my emails again! The viewing was more than a week later!!!!! So, we tell our incomes again, causing her to laugh and very nonchalantly indicate that at least by one person 3x the monthly rent amount must be earned. I don’t know what you think I have for a job but no, I do not earn 3,000 per month. When I ask why she didn't respond to my email where I asked what the requirements were, she laughs it off and starts talking about something else! Then we wouldn’t have had to take time off work! Whole afternoon for nothing. Then she also still made the great comment that we should go rent a cheap house and apply for rental allowance. I have never felt so offended, what a treacherous trick to simply let us come anyway! Ugh, left with such a strange feeling from the house, had stomach ache from it all day. Purely because of the disastrous experience with this real estate agent, I won’t even try to make another chance for the house! What a nasty person!

We have sold houses before, but never had such a pleasant and expert real estate agent as Ingrid Ververs. She doesn't just try to sell your house, but also helps you with advice and action. We were completely on our own, but Ingrid helped me in every respect to be able to make good decisions. No effort was too much for her. So Super.

I don't recognize at all what some people are writing negatively here. We have interest in a property, called yesterday and they immediately picked up the phone. Later in the afternoon we were immediately called back and we are now waiting for an appointment to view. So far everything is going well and as it should. I always say: You don't get a 2nd chance for a 1st impression and that was simply good with this office. Everyone is allowed to give their opinion and everyone will personally experience what they think of a company and want to share their experiences based on that. I do that myself too, because this week we also had a bad experience with a real estate agent from South Limburg and I wrote about that in another review. What I find very strange here on this site is that someone suddenly decides years later to share their negative experience on this site, while you normally would do that within a short time after the experience. Why would you suddenly start sharing your bad experience on this site years later???? I find it all very strange, but doesn't mean we are simply very satisfied. But well, everyone their own opinion.

I have contacted Yael from Dwars real estate regarding a commercial building in Nederweert. After negotiations with the landlord, I indicated that I wanted to check with the municipality whether I was allowed to perform my work at that location. This turned out not to be the case. It is strange that Yael did not warn me about this initially, as he should be well aware of the zoning plan. However, the municipality stated that I could submit a request for an exception to be granted at this location with regard to my activities. It took 2 months before I received an answer from the municipality. During that time, I heard nothing from Yael. There was no inquiry about the status, no proposal for possibly another building, absolutely nothing. Ultimately, on August 28th, I heard from the municipality that there was a definitive 'no' regarding my request. Disappointing, but I tried to convey this to Yael immediately. However, he did not pick up, nor was there a response to the voicemail I left. Consequently, I called the office the next day. The receptionist seemed very uninterested. Even when I indicated that I still had interest in another building rented out by Dwars, I was told that they would pass it on to Yael, but he was off that afternoon. Remarkably, it wasn't immediately transferred to another real estate agent within Dwars, but okay. After still hearing nothing the Wednesday after (in the meantime 5 days have passed, of which 3 working days), I decided to email owner Maarten van Laer, in which I expressed my complaint. This email was quickly forwarded to Yael as he called me back within a few hours. During this conversation, he put on his penitent's garb, according to Yael. Well, apologies accepted. Furthermore, he promised to revisit the other building that I had in mind. The next day (August 29th), I was again called by Yael with the news that the owner of the building was interested and came back very quickly on this. Owner Maarten van Laer also called me. He stated that he was happy with my email and that he would investigate what went wrong in this matter. He promised to get back to me within a week. Meanwhile, it is now Monday, September 16th. I have heard nothing more from either of the gentlemen. Nothing from Yael about the building. And nothing from Maarten about the so-called investigation. Unbelievable but true. It should be clear that I am very disappointed in the way of doing business at Dwars real estate.

Knowledgeable, committed, friendly

The current reviews on the internet are mostly about buying homes, but in terms of renting, it's downright bad. More than five weeks ago we responded to a property where we were allowed to view it fairly quickly. That was positive. Our interest was great, so on the day of the viewing, we immediately arranged to send all documents via email. There was no confirmation of this, so after not hearing anything for a week, I started to doubt whether it had even arrived. So I called and explained how things were. The telephone operator seemed immediately less friendly and said somewhat grumpily that with this landlord it always takes 'a bit longer' before you hear something. Fine, then you wait a little longer. Three weeks later (so four weeks after the viewing) and still no response. This time my girlfriend called to ask about it, because we actually think this is ridiculous. This time the telephone operator is fortunately not so irritated and tells us 'that they are still working on it' and 'that the broker or she herself will contact us when they know something'. Again fine, so we wait again. Nevertheless, our interest in the apartment remains great, so we also keep an eye on it ourselves via Funda and the website. To our great surprise, it suddenly says here that the apartment has been rented! Without any contact from the real estate agency itself, despite this being assured to us. I normally don't write reviews, but if you have people send in their personal details and then as a real estate agency you can’t take the initiative to keep people informed, you are really doing badly. Stick to selling, apparently things go much better with that.

Negligent and poor communication. After much effort on our part and a viewing, we never heard back again. No idea what is now happening to all of our personal data that we emailed in confidence.
