Absolutely terrible agency. They assess based on your name and ethnicity. We meet all requirements but are rejected without good reason. In fact, they don't even look at the application. They see your name and reject it. Especially if you have a Muslim name. Our salary is four times higher than the rent we are applying for and we have two children, but they use these excuses to say that you are not a family or that the salary is not enough. Apparently, they don't look at the application. Incredibly racist agency. Terrible service. If you are not Dutch and not Muslim, don't bother with them, because they won't even review your application. 0 starts

No broker, they rejected my application for a rental house solely because my name isn't Dutch, it's racist. First they said you aren't family, therefore I won't accept it. I told them that I am family and that I have 2 children, which I had indicated in my application. Secondly, they said your salary wasn't enough. My salary was €69,000 per year net, 4 times the rent. 😅So that’s just racist.
