Vera Welker has successfully sold three houses for our family. The most special thing I found was the collaboration around my childhood home, after my father passed away. I am so happy with my choice for Vera Welker. Not a realtor where they are a dime a dozen. You know them: those types in a blue blazer, off-white trousers and cognac-colored loafers. With the same old lines every time. Vera is an honest, capable mediator with expertise. A quick thinker, very communicative. It's also nice that Vera and her team respond directly to a question or after a viewing. That way you stay perfectly informed. My apartment was sold quickly. Had several viewings already, but Vera really stands out in how she talks about a property and her honesty. Hopefully, we will find our dream home with Vera and if we need a purchasing broker, we are sure to inquire here.

I was looking for a real estate agent for my mother's house and initially had a good first impression of Vera Welker: a friendly and knowledgeable agent with good ideas, although not the most advantageous. The brokerage fee of € 2500 for a trajectory with one interested buyer who was already suggested by ourselves (so no open Funda trajectory) is in my opinion too high for the limited time this takes. Still, I would have given four stars if Vera Welker had adhered to the law. When I requested the key to the house based on my statutory power of attorney to retrieve some belongings and request additional information about the sales process, I was flatly refused. This is unprofessional; even a real estate agency is bound by law. Notarial powers of attorney are not for nothing. So with the knowledge I have now, I would not choose this office again.
