It is a fixed amount for which they are available to you for a year. Now that we found something within 10 weeks, we pay the same amount as someone who would take 52 weeks to reach a purchase. It might be nicer if you could pay for the service per 4 or 6 months. I have now paid almost €3000,- for 4 joint viewings and 18 emails and I think that is quite a lot of money.
