A few months ago we went with Veluwe real estate agents to sea because we had heard many negative stories about buying chalets and camping sites that later turn into luxury holiday homes. We needed reliable information here. We had a few viewings, of which only 1 met our wishes, but it was too expensive compared to the other chalets we found ourselves. We have looked a lot ourselves for chalets and visited campsites. In 10 weeks we found our own chalet and a short inspection was carried out. On the whole they worked neatly and the contact was pleasant, but in hindsight I still have a sour aftertaste about the price calculated by the Veluwe real estate agents. It is a fixed amount for which they are available to you for a year. Now that we found something within 10 weeks, we pay the same amount as someone who would take 52 weeks to reach a purchase. It might be nicer if you could pay for the service per 4 or 6 months. I have now paid almost €3000,- for 4 joint viewings and 18 emails and I think that is quite a lot of money.

Made a purchase through Veluwe Chalets - and signed a purchase agreement. The inspection report provided by them was shared with me free of charge under the name 'extra service'. So I, (a woman alone who bought property for the first time) no longer had an inspection carried out and fully trusted theirs. (in collaboration with Woonkeur) Unfortunately, the inspection report proved unreliable when I had two experts look at my purchase the weekend after signing. (I didn't get this time for the sale because everything had to be quick and I went along with it) After that, I decided to terminate the purchase. I was still well within my statutory and contractual cooling-off period of three days. (See Rijksoverheid, article 7:2 WB and the conditions of Veluwe Chalets themselves) Unfortunately, a conflict arose in which they informed me that I could not terminate. I have been able to refute one argument after another. And for the last one, namely that it would not be immovable property - and therefore I would not have a cooling-off period, I engaged a lawyer. (Read Portacabin ruling) That was the end of it. Under the pretext 'that a lawsuit would take too much time for the selling party', Veluwe Chalets withdrew.. I only want to emphasize this to people: don't be rushed and read the conditions very carefully and know your rights!! Because they try to play it out and contradict their own terms if necessary. (Article 3:3 general term Veluwe Chalets on their own website) I have certainly learned a lot from it, that’s the positive thing about it. ☺️

We understand that there may be discussion about the content and cost estimate of the report, since this depends on various factors and perspectives. We understand that the content and cost estimate of such an inspection can be a subject of discussion. Unfortunately, we have not received details about the specific points you wanted to have changed to the static caravan by the experts you engaged. We are sorry if you felt rushed during the purchasing process. We do our best to guide all parties involved and guarantee a smooth transaction, but understand that this can sometimes be experienced as overwhelming as in your case. With regard to the right of withdrawal, we would like to emphasize that the same article to which you refer also states that a right of withdrawal does not apply to houseboats and caravans. Since the static caravan is located on leased land and falls within this category, the right of withdrawal does not apply. We consider recreational homes permanently anchored to the ground as real estate. We are sorry that your experience did not go to your satisfaction and appreciate your feedback. Yesterday a viewing was planned. Potential buyer came but due to a system error with the real estate agent something went wrong, so it didn't go ahead unfortunately. There has been more uncertainty about another date which also went wrong. Hope that from now on there will be more communication directly to me. And not just emailing while you are told you will be called. .Hope to post a more positive review in a few weeks.

A valuation for my holiday home was carried out by this company. The person who did it gave a rather high estimate, which surprised me. After that, I had to quickly sign the order confirmation. When the valuation report arrived, it turned out the value was a third lower than the price he originally indicated. Also, there were demonstrable errors in the report; for example, 1 bed was listed, while his own photos showed that there were 2 beds.

Don't go to sea with this, it's a shame you have to give 1 star, this is still too much. Make sure all agreements are properly documented and immediately copied so that you also have a copy, otherwise it could cost you a lot of money. We still have a lot of money owed by Mr., registered letters are being refused. Go to a reliable broker who is affiliated with the industry association. Otherwise, you may end up in court.

Responded twice to a vacation rental and in both cases, no or very late response. The first one had already been sold, and we didn't wait for the second one any longer. It seems to me that real estate agents nowadays “earn” enough (actually, the correct word is “get”) to adequately represent their clients. I absolutely do not have that feeling with this agency. We will continue with a realtor who understands it. NB 31/......the realtor's response comes after the meal. Therefore, we did not respond either.
