The high service charges were dismissed as '...you eliminated that subdivision so...'. 5 years later we are still dealing with this! Bad service, After neatly paying for their services when closing a product. No more service is provided. I called Fidus twice and was promised that I would be called back. This simply doesn't happen; I have waited 2 months in the meantime. The consequence is that I lost 900 Euro. Shame > Never again Fidus.

Through Fidus, we saw a house on Funda. Immediately the morning after posting, we called to schedule a viewing. No one answered, so we called back later. We were told that we had to fill in our details online. We did this immediately and received a notification that it was arranged. However, just a day and a half later, no viewing was scheduled for us because there was too much response and this company 'doesn't work via the phone because then no data is available'. A bad situation, especially in the current busy housing market!!!
