Wij hebben via Helmig een woning gekocht die als instapklaar werd aangeboden. Helaas blijkt dat absoluut niet het geval: we zijn feitelijk in een renovatieproject beland. • De keuken is volledig op één groep aangesloten, waardoor de inductieplaat niet werkt en dit niet zonder ingrijpende breekwerkzaamheden op te lossen is. • De douchecabine bleek gevaarlijk en ondeugdelijk. Het gaat om een verbrede cabine met een glazen deur die naar binnen moest openen en al slecht aansloot. Tijdens normaal gebruik is één van die glazen deuren plotseling uit de constructie geschoten. Gelukkig gebeurde dit bij een volwassene en niet bij ons kind van 5 jaar. • Meerdere stopcontacten werken niet of zaten los. • Het laminaat, dat nieuw gelegd zou zijn, is te strak geplaatst en bolt nu op. Daarnaast kwamen we nog talloze kleinere gebreken tegen, zoals losse deurklinken, een gescheurde wc-bril en zelfs een stroomkabel die onder de badkamerspiegel vandaan komt. Dit zijn geen kleine schoonheidsfoutjes, maar serieuze gebreken die een makelaar zou moeten signaleren en waarvoor kopers gewaarschuwd dienen te worden. Erg teleurstellend en niet wat je mag verwachten bij een woning die als instapklaar wordt verkocht.

On the first floor, I found an extremely rickety living space with, according to the realtor, so much potential. Absolutely agree, but with a very thorough renovation! Due to circumstances, we have to sell. Because we were not satisfied with our realtor, we went to Helmig. We thought realtor Marieke was for the selling party but that wasn't the case. She managed to tell the buyers this house has been for sale for a long time, while Helmig had put our house up for sale for 1 week. So, in other words, offer the asking price and you have it. Afterwards, mistakes were made with the preliminary purchase agreement. I contacted them three times but it didn't get through; I was treated like a small child by the secretary, also by Marieke. If both of us are owners of the property, my husband and I should both sign, but that wasn’t necessary; only my husband signed. I was crossed out on the purchase agreement. How sad I felt, and still am. The entire sale and dependency have gone very badly. What a shame, this doesn't deserve an award.

Misleading and no information is passed on to the seller, especially Eva has left a negative impression here and Tristan takes no responsibility by calling back or even giving a reaction. Via this broker, a house was offered in Halsteren at Mère 9. Both on Funda and on the company’s own website, this property was listed as a normal residence. Also during the scheduling of a viewing appointment and during two viewings, no details regarding the destination of this property were reported. Only in the preliminary purchase agreement could we discover that it concerned a so-called service dwelling with an agricultural designation. This means that the asking price was completely not in accordance with the designation and that it was/is not possible to obtain a mortgage for it. The truth compels me to say that this information was included in the paper folder of the house. Behind all the texts that we had already read several times on Funda and therefore skipped. When inquiring with the broker, it is stated that this was withheld at the request of the sellers. However, it is the responsibility of the broker to ensure that buyers are provided with correct information before they decide to purchase. This 'joke' has cost us a lot of time and the costs we incurred for a structural survey were also wasted money. The property in question remained listed for several months with incorrect information on Funda and the company’s own website. Afterwards, the property was re-listed as a 'new listing' on Funda and the company’s own website with a footnote about the designation.
