One of the employees is very unprofessional. She puts pressure on the other party and threatens with steps that are legally completely irrelevant at a certain point. With this, she sows unrest and uncertainty. It is an example of a person who likes to be a so-called added value for her client, but in doing so completely disregards her responsibility as a broker. Stel je voor; de huizenmarkt is overspannen, je weet dat je jouw huidige woning goed kan verkopen maar je weet ook dat je een eventuele nieuwe woning waarschijnlijk tegen een torenhoge prijs aankoopt. Wat doe je dan? Mijn advies; Activo Makelaardij bellen! Dan weet je namelijk zeker je koopt én verkoopt tegen het meest gunstige tarief! Ik deel dan ook graag mijn verhaal! Je krijgt een telefoontje; heb je dat huis op Funda gezien? Dat is écht iets voor jullie. Wij twijfelde maar Joliens enthousiasme deed ons overhalen om toch te gaan kijken. Eenmaal binnen waren we verkocht. Het huis was prachtig. Niet in de meest gunstige staat maar met een man in de bouw moest dat goedkomen. Na een tweede keer bezichtigen besloten we een bod te doen. Jolien zou Jolien niet zijn als zij niet het onderste uit de kan wilde halen. Het eerste bod werd afgewezen en het tweede bod werd (tegen alle verwachtingen in) geaccepteerd. In deze overspannen huizenmarkt kochten wij een woning voor €40.000,- minder dan de vraagprijs. Ik viel bijna van mijn stoel toen Jolien belde met het goede nieuws. Met een overdracht binnen 6 weken sloeg de paniek toe. We moesten ons huidige huis verkopen. Ik belde Jolien lichtelijk in paniek. Haar woorden; geen zorgen, komt goed! Ze kwam langs, we maakte een plan, bekeken de woning kritisch, kregen een opruimlijst en plande een afspraak met de fotograaf. Zo gezegd zo gedaan, binnen één week stond onze woning spik en span op Funda. Binnen 2 dagen hadden we meer dan 15 bezichtigingen. En één week was het zover; de woning was verkocht voor €20.000,- meer dan de vraagprijs. Een belangrijke kanttekening; onze vraagprijs was al redelijk fors. Wederom viel ik bijna van mijn stoel toen ik het bod van de potentiële koper kreeg. It’s not all about money! Het gaat namelijk ook om de kwaliteit. En die biedt Activo zeker! Jolien heeft ons alles in jip en janneke taal uitgelegd en ervoor gezorgd dat dit proces, zelfs voor leken zoals wij, duidelijk was. Ze heeft geholpen op de momenten dat wij dat nodig hadden en bood altijd het luisterende oor. Inmiddels zitten wij tussen de verhuisdozen en hebben we verbouwplannen waar je U tegen zegt. Wellicht leuk om te weten; Activo denkt ook met je mee als het gaat om interieur en verbouwplannen. Samen met de taxateur geven zij een advies over de aan te pakken onderdelen en denken ze mee over de inrichting. Dit heeft ons verfrissende ideeën gegeven. Meer dan tevreden kijken wij terug op de aankoop van onze nieuwe en verkoop van onze huidige woning. Sta jij op het punt om jouw woning te verkopen en een nieuwe woning aan te kopen? As a tenant, you experience poor response times. Knowledge of your own contract is not fully present. Not a good start when they took over homes from ACM (now NMG). Currently waiting for 4 months already regarding the conditions concerning glass insurance. Defective shed door has been left to be repaired since the beginning of the rental period due to the defect of the previous tenant. Receiving an invoice on April 29th (repair in January) asking us to pay € 80.00. And then hiding behind the previous property manager...telling us that we have to contact them. Stonevest = a gang of thieves who neatly hold out their hand for rent each month, but don't want to provide service.
