Responded to a property, we were the highest bidder but the seller wanted us to do a mortgage WITHOUT conditions otherwise the property would go to another party, we asked for 3.5 weeks of postponement but it was not accepted, okay I can accept that. Geen idee of dit een idee is van Friese nuchterheid (ik ken veel friezen maar deze is een geval apart) maar als je afgezeken wil worden terwijl je een bod wil uitbrengen dan moet je vooral bij deze topper zijn!
