Marcel was, in addition to the mortgage advisor for the purchase of the new house, also the real estate agent for the sale of the old house. Although this is naturally always accompanied by tensions, Marcel made the process as stress-free as possible. Promises about things like deadlines and feasibility of the selling price all proved to be consistent with reality. Furthermore, I found the approach regarding viewings very pleasant.
