If I could give 0 stars, I would have preferred to do so. Ivo spreads all his invented “success stories” around and doesn’t shy away from circulating privacy-sensitive data of clients and family members as if it's nothing. He has had multiple profiles on Google with nothing but mega bad reviews. Now suddenly a lot of suspicious (bought?) positive reviews. It won't be long before another new profile appears because it is flowing again with negative reviews. That’s what you get when you think you are a realtor but only leave piles of rubble behind. Ivo is not affiliated with anything!!! Think before you begin……
Don't go into business with this man, he will pressure you for the money of that advance payment. He has very nice stories but doesn't listen to your story at all. He doesn't lose sleep over private information and likes to tell people's stories to other people. He can’t show anything in black and white, only tells things. Also, he doesn’t forget to mention how dangerous he himself is, how he got the residents out when things weren’t going right, and that he knows many dangerous people. It all became very vague when I left him at 4:30 PM, and then received a message the next morning at 8:30 AM saying, yes or no, the money wasn't transferred so he just let it go. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!!!!
Whoever is looking for a special experience should engage Ivo Timmers. In a tangle of words, all his successful projects are reviewed, including all private information about his clients and his family. In everything, he is a specialist and everyone likes to work for and with him. Problems are no problem for him, because he is a familiar face at the judiciary and legal profession. So do business with him and discover for yourself that he is not a pathological liar and a psychopathic fraudster. If he doesn't keep his word, it’s really not his fault. Be sure to pay the advance he asks for in order to work well and quickly and especially provide him with a loan if he temporarily has a cash problem. Payments are due within 14 days with him. Refunds or payments to subcontractors take a little longer, however. Smoking his own chimney takes precedence.
One star is still too much. For this fraudulent broker photographed several homes but payment no way. Unfortunately, I am not the only one.. Also many empty promises both with me and fellow victims. Stay away from him!!!!
People, be careful with this “broker” and do your own research BEFORE you go into business with this man. The reviews of this company were absurdly bad until recently and now “suddenly” only have outstanding reviews in a short period of time. Removed old profile after numerous scandalous reactions. DO YOUR RESEARCH and ask around in the world of real estate agents, especially family/acquaintances, about this company.

Be warned!!! I have nothing good to say about Ivo and his way of doing business. What I've noticed is that he is a liar and deceiver. This company is not affiliated with any industry association and thinks they can get away with everything. Because of this liar, I signed a purchase agreement and now have extra costs due to his lies. If you are in doubt, just inquire with fellow real estate agents. I should have done that too. Buying a house should be fun, but my experience with this man has only been misery.

Whatever you want, buying or selling a house, they are the only ones who can help you. Timmers is number one in business and that's not without reason, they were responsible for the sale of my apartment and I was so happy, they made my wish come true.
My first interaction with them was a week ago, on the recommendation of a friend, and they did what many people before them could not. When I later received a phone call that same day saying my house had been sold, I couldn't believe what they said. That is competence and skill at its best. Whether you are selling or buying a home, you should definitely stop by sometime; they will certainly help you.
