Contacted by Jeroen Menkveld to sell our caravan through their platform. For a price of 660 euros, Velder Vastgoed copied our advertisement and photos and posted them on their site. There was never any contact from your side to expedite the sale. Our experience: do not get involved with this club. No initiative and high price for merely reposting and no service that you would expect.

For me, it was important that we all take things slowly, because due to my health, I wasn't allowed to have any stress at all during the past period. The real estate agent really guided me well and also the buyers, who needed a bit longer to get approval for their financing. The price is disappointing, but I don't think that's the fault of the real estate agent…..

While the housing market is currently a bit overheated, Klaas Bos has remained very down-to-earth. We can heartily recommend him as a buyer's agent for the North Holland region. What a pleasant, calm, honest and knowledgeable buyer's agent. Communication always went smoothly and easily; Klaas takes good time to review documents with you and to help you take off your rose-tinted glasses when necessary. Although our search area shifted during the process, he was always willing to do research for us on the houses we found, so that we could make a well-considered choice. During our search for a house in Bergen, we thought we had bought a property where Q-Bus was the selling broker. The offer was accepted and confirmed via email. After a few days with no purchase agreement, we called the selling broker who casually mentioned that the sellers had found another buyer anyway. We inquired through various channels with the sellers, who told us that the broker had said we would never have heard back from them. Extremely bad experience, therefore. Apparently those extra euros of commission are more important than acting properly.

During the sales process, there was intensive constructive contact which led to the sale of our house and also excellent cooperation and support for the purchase of a new apartment!

We were interested in a beautiful house with a thatched roof in Schoorl. I asked some critical questions and the answers were somewhat evasive. In any case, no clear answer. A name was mentioned of a thatcher but further investigation revealed that this thatcher had only drawn up a quote. Specific questions were sent by email to the real estate agent because you don't buy a house every day. No response was received and a few days later the property was already sold. We weren't even included [in the process] and couldn’t make an offer. Apparently I asked too many questions. I was also treated very unprofessionally on the phone. I will not do business with q-bus again.
