Awful party! We were interested in a specific property and unfortunately it had already been rented out. This was responded to properly, indicating that the property was rented. However, as we indicated, there was another property that met our wishes. About this, we emailed the relevant broker several times. There was no response to this. Subsequently, we called the company multiple times: the relevant broker was unavailable each time. We were politely spoken to by the receptionist, but each time it was stated that he would call us back. This happened time and again. After trying to reach this person for a week, they informed us that he had broken his arm (at the end of the week). Of course, very unpleasant and understandable that he was unavailable from that moment on, but he had a week to contact us. Then we asked if someone else would be handling the property: another week passed, during which we called the company many times. The same promise again and again. After 2.5 half weeks, we were finally called back by a broker. Our details would have been given to the owners of the rental house. Since there was a lot of interest, the owners would look at who they potentially want to rent their house to. Meanwhile, another 3 weeks have passed (a total of almost 6 weeks) and we still haven't heard anything from Broeckx makelaars. No mention that the property has been rented or anything similar. We heard that Broeckx makelaars has a good reputation, but we didn’t notice any of it! If someone takes the trouble to contact you repeatedly, the least you can do is respond. We were helped fantastically by another real estate agency. We will stay far away from this company in the future.

Very disappointed in this realtor. The sale of my house went according to plan, neither more nor less. But when the buyers encountered a problem with rainwater drainage, I repeatedly requested that the realtor call me. When calling didn't work, responses to my emails were brief, without concrete answers. I wasn't expecting a ready-made solution to the problem, but I wanted consultation and advice on next steps. The most concrete answer was that I should just “make a gesture”. Again requested to be called, without even receiving a response, while contact had been made with the buyers. They are potential customers for a future purchase, whereas I am no longer interesting due to my relocation to the Randstad. My complaint also went unanswered. Fortunately, the problem was resolved to mutual satisfaction, but I believe I should expect more involvement from my realtor.

I had sent an email to this real estate agent with a request to view a rental property. No response. That's not uncommon for a real estate agent, so I called. I was spoken to politely, but in order to be able to view the property, a prospective tenant must first send a copy of their identification and income statements by email. Surely this way of working is no longer current. There are already other methods (such as digitaalwoningdossier.nl) with more respect for the customer's privacy. But well, in this market you, as a tenant, are in a dependent position, so you just have to swallow your objections and send the email with your entire birth certificate. Within 2 hours, there was an answer this time: I am not eligible due to insufficient income. My income is clearly above the stated norm in the advertisement, so I suspected a misunderstanding. I drafted a cautious email requesting an explanation, but unfortunately: no response. Besides being careless, this real estate agent is also arrogant. One star.

I had a fairly simple but not easy assignment for the real estate agent: Sell within 3 months for a market realistic price. Together with the real estate agent, we determined the asking price and followed his advice. The interested parties came from the real estate agent's network and in 2 months there was a signed purchase agreement. The final selling price is lower than expected, but that went well in consultation with the real estate agent. Some bids, also on the advice of the real estate agent, were even rejected as 'insufficient'.
