A very unprofessional sales broker. Doesn't know the facts about a house at all when you ask. Therefore, is not prepared for potential buyers. Does not mention very important details in the brochure/advertisement. Doesn't know how to promote a house at all. These are various things that caused us to drop out during the viewing. Very unfortunate and a waste of your money if you sell your house through this broker.
