I saw a house with four bedrooms for rent and contacted them via their website's contact form and also by phone once. I received a very short email with a minimal monthly income requirement, nothing else. Very unfriendly, in my opinion... Anyway, I sent them my income details and they asked about the family and pets. I gave them my data and asked for a viewing. Today I got as a response that the house was only suitable for older couples, not for families. Really? A house with four bedrooms, not suitable for families? Pure nonsense, and the uninterested emails made it clear that something else wasn't to their liking. Maybe it was my foreign surname? Avoid them if you're not 100% Dutch!

Deeply disappointed. The realtor ignores messages, doesn't answer the phone and calls back at inconvenient times. If you don't pick up immediately, you are immediately removed from the list, even if you call back directly, because they still don't answer.

Very unreliable and unprofessional realtor. The property appeared on Funda at 5 am, I immediately sent a message via Funda at half past 6 to request a viewing - not one message but two for certainty - and also through their own website. Then I called at 9 am and later repeatedly, but couldn't reach anyone. Eventually, I was called back at half past 1 pm and they said that we are unfortunately full of appointments, how is that??
