I saw a house with 4 bedrooms for rent and contacted them through the contact form on their website and also once by phone. I received a very short email with the minimum monthly income requirement, nothing else. Quite unfriendly in my opinion... But anyway, I sent them my income details and they asked about family and pets. I gave them my information and requested a viewing. Today I received an answer that the property was only suitable for older couples, not for families. Really? A house with 4 bedrooms, not suitable for families? Absolute nonsense, plus the uninterested emails made it clear that something else didn't suit them. Maybe it was my foreign-sounding surname? Avoid them if you are not 100% Dutch!

Deeply disappointed. The realtor ignores messages, doesn't answer the phone and calls back at inconvenient times. If you don't pick up immediately, you are immediately removed from the list, even if you call back directly, because they still don't answer.

Very unreliable and unprofessional realtor. The property appeared on Funda at 5 am, I immediately sent a message via Funda at half past 6 to request a viewing - not one message but two for certainty - and also through their own website. Then I called at 9 am and later repeatedly, but couldn't reach anyone. Eventually, I was called back at half past 1 pm and they said that we are unfortunately full of appointments, how is that??

Having to call everyone yourself. They say they'll call but no, they don't.

The property was listed on funda.nl on Thursday at 08:52 AM and we immediately contacted them via funda on Thursday at 08:52 AM and also called on Thursday at 09:10 AM to schedule a viewing appointment. Unfortunately, we still haven't succeeded. Very curious how crazy the market is. When the property has only been for sale for a few hours, we cannot make a viewing appointment.
