Contacted van Spronsen even before the house appeared on Funda. I was told that I was the first caller for this house. I couldn't make an appointment, it was too early. Asking price was not known; van Spronsen didn’t have the keys yet, brochure not compiled. A quarter of an hour after I received an email with information about the house (a few days later), I made a viewing appointment. I suggested several possibilities but Oene Mulder was 'very busy'. An appointment could be scheduled after a week and a half. Two days before my viewing appointment, I was called by the secretary: my appointment was cancelled because the property had been sold. HUH??? What do you mean customer-friendly, where is the courtesy, who is arrogant now, what value does an appointment have for this real estate agent, ......?? I feel passed over, treated unfairly and not taken seriously. If van Spronsen had taken me seriously as a client (future buyer), I would have been informed of the developments; after all, I clearly indicated that I was interested in that property. My current house will certainly not be sold by van Spronsen in the future.

This realtor sold the house of my mother that 'H van G' would have liked here. Another bidder offered significantly higher, that's just how things go. My experience with van Spronsen: During the intake meeting, the realtor neatly indicated per room whether it was wise to still renovate something. The photographer took truly beautiful photos and created a skillfully made video. During the sales process, I was kept informed of every development. House was sold within a week for a good price. Even after the sale, the realtor regularly called about the progress until the actual transfer.

After the summer period, we were looking for a house to buy in the Hendrik Ido Ambacht region. We ended up with the real estate agency Van Spronsen. This real estate agency gave us the most confidence for this region. This was important because neither of us came from this region. The assignment to Van Sponsen included an existing modern bungalow. The number of such homes is limited. After several months of viewings, we discussed the dilemma with Remi Kruizinga. He ultimately helped us find a detached house as the last one for sale, in the Waterhof plan in Hendrik Ido Ambacht. Absolutely not recommended, this realtor. No transparent way of selling. Things are said and agreed upon during viewings but not followed up on, and suddenly the house is sold right in front of you! What a way to do business! Look before you leap!
