It's not ideal to tell potential buyers that they are not allowed to bid on the property if they are not permitted to view it. It's simply allowed by law, sad that real estate agents constantly find a way around it, especially towards their clients; the sellers. Submitting a bid is simply allowed, you can only reject it in consultation with the seller for that reason. This realtor doesn't know the rules and, in my opinion, isn't really a great realtor. What speaks in their favor is responding quickly, which is certainly positive these days.

Excellent! That's in one word what we thought of our real estate agent Wisse during both the sale of our house and the financial completion of our new mortgage. The advice they give is always honest, appropriate to the situation, and has a well-supported prediction. Whether it concerns conducting a certain price(strategy), how the sale can best be approached or which financial options are most suitable. It was always perfectly aligned with our situation. This made the contact personal, familiar and honest and felt very pleasant for us in all processes. In addition, it helped that all employees at the entire company demonstrated the same expertise, knowledge and service. We wholeheartedly recommend the entire team of Wisse, both for the sale of the house and the mortgage handling. It's just that we bought a new construction project, otherwise it certainly would have been our purchasing agent as well!

Although Wisse Makelaardij isn't cheap (nor the most expensive), they do keep their promises. Our house was sold within 2 weeks, for a good price. The communication with the real estate agent was very accessible, taking into account the customer's wishes. One point of attention, sometimes things could be better communicated internally; there were scheduled viewings in our house one morning where the first appointment turned out to be an hour earlier. We were still at home and let the viewer in, but felt a little overwhelmed, as we weren’t informed about this. Despite that, I would definitely choose Wisse makelaardij again, thank you for your good work!

Unpleasantly treated. Called back twice (despite this being promised to me) and not returned my calls, while I genuinely expressed serious interest in a property twice. Therefore, I contacted the owner himself (Mr. Wisse), but he avoids his responsibilities in a smooth manner. A less refreshing company with smooth talk and matching promises, but inconsistent in fulfilling them.

No-nonsense, customer-friendly and proactive real estate agency. And - not unimportant - with impressive results!
