Disappointing... A viewing could be quickly scheduled. That's about all there is to say about it. Fairly free of work and people arranged for the viewing. Then we were cancelled a day before the viewing. The house had already been sold. No chance was given. The buying party would fit well there, but the conditions under which they were a suitable party were the same conditions under which we could buy. I received the answer that they unfortunately didn't know that, indicating that nothing was asked of us either.

We certainly do not recommend this broker. They assessed the house that we purchased. After the assessment, we contacted them because we were surprised by a number of comparison points in the area. Germ reacted very peculiarly to this, stating that it was our problem and not his problem. Also, there was no talking with Germ as he indicated that he owed no explanation. Perhaps he wasn't having a good day, but because of this, we certainly would not recommend this broker.
