Wij zijn Marcella enorm dankbaar voor haar adequate en kundige handelen, waardoor wij nu de gelukkige eigenaren zijn van ons droomhuis. Zowel de aankoop van onze woning, als de verkoop van onze vorige woning heeft Marcella volledig verzorgd. Haar betrokkenheid is voelbaar, wat heel prettig is in deze spannende fase. Tegelijkertijd weet ze ook de professionele en zakelijke kant op zich te nemen, wat heeft gezorgd voor een eerlijke en gunstige koop en verkoop. Marcella is waarschijnlijk de beste makelaar waarmee we tot nu toe hebben samengewerkt! Ze is vriendelijk en beantwoordt/helpt bij alle soorten vragen en problemen. We hebben een appartement met twee verdiepingen in een mooie buurt verhuurd en ze heeft ons met alle aspecten van de verhuur geholpen, van bezichtigingen tot de aansluiting van elektriciteit en gas en de schoonmaak. Onlangs hadden we een probleem met een van de ingebouwde onderdelen van het huis en in plaats van direct naar de verhuurder te gaan, heb ik Marcella om hulp gevraagd. Hoewel het niet haar taak is, heeft ze ons snel en met plezier geholpen. Ik raad je aan contact op te nemen met Marcella als je wilt verhuren/verkopen of een woning zoekt! Ze is geweldig!
